Thyme Square is happy to announce and congratulate our head Barista, Andy Liu, for his recent 1st place finish at the national Dairy Farmers and Pura Milk Barista and Latte Art Competition. Andy competed, in Melbourne on the 22nd of May, in the Latte Art category against several other representatives from around Australia. This is the first time Andy has competed at this level. Thyme Square wishes him well in his future competitive endeavors.
We also wish to congratulate Andy for making it to the finals in the 2011 Danes Grand Barista Championships held on the 1st of June 2011.
In addition to our coffee house blend, Jack and the Bean, Thyme Square is now hosting a new single origin coffee every two weeks. Ask the Barista for more details.
